The Priceline customer service number is 1-877-477-5807. It's the toll-free number Priceline lists for customer service in the structured data on its own homepage, and the one its support team has pointed customers to in public App Store replies (one, from 2020, said the team was available 24/7). The older vanity number, 1-800-PRICELINE (1-800-774-2354), also belongs to Priceline and still appears on an older Priceline page and in a 2024 reply from Priceline's support team.

That's the short answer. The longer one is worth a few minutes, for three reasons. Priceline now sends its Help and Contact Us links to Penny, its AI assistant, so the numbers are harder to find on the site than they used to be. Search results for "Priceline phone number" are full of pages listing numbers that don't appear anywhere on Priceline's own site. And some of what people call about, like an Express Deal they want to undo, usually can't be fixed by a phone call.

We build DialMCP, a tool that lets AI assistants place phone calls from your own number, so we also read Priceline's terms on AI agents. The short version: unlike some companies, Priceline's terms, as we read them, don't prohibit them. That part is near the end. We read Priceline's pages on October 26, 2026. Where a source is older, we say so.

Priceline phone numbers we found, and where Priceline publishes them

Priceline runs several phone lines, and they're not interchangeable. Two are sales lines that show up on booking pages, and one is only for cruises. This table lists each number we found with the Priceline page it appears on.

NumberWhat it's forWhere Priceline publishes it
1-877-477-5807Customer service for existing bookingsThe customer service contact in the structured data on priceline.com's homepage. Priceline's App Store replies from 2020 and 2021 give the same number, and the 2020 one says the team is available 24/7.
1-800-774-2354 (1-800-PRICELINE)Customer care, US and Canada (per the older page)An older Priceline page about its price guarantee, still online at img1.priceline.com, and a June 2024 App Store reply from Priceline
+1-212-444-0022Calls from outside the US and CanadaThe same older page only, so treat it as possibly out of date
1-800-735-8000Priceline CruisesThe header of cruises.priceline.com
1-833-203-5879Sales: international flight dealsThe priceline.com flights page ("Looking for international flight deals? Call us")
1-833-378-0470Sales: hotel deals over the phoneThe priceline.com hotels page, under "Unlock Special Discounts"
661-505-6040Reservation concerns raised through the press teampress.priceline.com/contact, which says to call it "If your submission is in reference to a reservation concern"

For a booking you already have, start with 1-877-477-5807. The two 833 numbers sit next to offers on booking pages, so they look like sales lines. We haven't tested whether they route to support.

Your confirmation email and the itinerary in My Trips are worth a glance too. They're the most specific source you have for the booking in front of you, and as the table shows, Priceline runs separate lines for some products.

Watch out for numbers Priceline doesn't publish

Searching for Priceline's number turns up a lot of unreliable listings. While researching this guide we found a PDF on an unrelated Spanish municipal transport site that repeatedly lists 1-877-908-6960 as Priceline's "live person" line, and a news-style article giving +1-860-516-6314 as Priceline's main number. Neither appears on any Priceline page we checked. We can't tell you who answers those lines, and that's the point: if a number isn't on priceline.com, in the app or in your confirmation email, don't give it your card details or your trip number.

There's also an innocent mix-up that catches people. priceline.com.au is a different business altogether. It's Priceline Pharmacy, an Australian pharmacy chain, and its 1300 number and email go to pharmacy customer support. They can't help with a hotel you booked on Priceline.com.

Two habits keep you safe. Type priceline.com yourself rather than clicking a search ad, and be wary of anyone who calls you first claiming to be Priceline and asking for payment details.

Why Priceline sends you to Penny first

If you click Contact Us or Help on priceline.com today, you don't land on a page of phone numbers. Both go to Penny, Priceline's AI assistant. Ask it for help with an existing booking and it asks you to sign in or use Find My Trip. After that, in Penny's words, "I can show you the details, change the booking, or cancel it."

This is deliberate. In its June 2026 announcement Priceline said Penny now runs as "a coordinated system of more than 10 specialized agents", customer service included, and that more Penny usage "has helped reduce customer support contacts." Priceline also estimated that travelers who used Penny "saved an average of nearly ten minutes per trip compared with those who called customer support."

That's Priceline's own estimate, and an average across travelers. Still, for a plain change or cancellation, Penny is worth trying first. Call the phone line when Penny can't do what you need: a hotel that can't find your reservation while you're standing at the front desk, a refund that hasn't turned up, a charge you don't recognize, or a case that needs someone to call a hotel or airline for you.

Before you call: what to have ready

A 2020 reply from Priceline's support team says it plainly: "When calling, please have your priceline.com trip number available." A few other things will save time:

  • Your trip number and itinerary. If you can't find them, use Find My Trip. You enter the email or mobile number you booked with, and Priceline sends a 6-digit code to unlock your trips.
  • The booking type. Express Deals and Pricebreakers work differently from standard bookings (see below). Your itinerary says which one you have.
  • The supplier's details. For flights, you'll need the airline confirmation code from your itinerary if you end up calling the airline. Priceline has a help page listing airline numbers.
  • Evidence, if it's a dispute. Screenshots, receipts and the names of anyone you spoke to at the hotel. If an agent asks for documents, Priceline's document submission form takes PDF, JPG or PNG files (up to 10 files, 4 MB each) and replies by email in 3 to 5 business days.
  • A one-line ask. "I need a refund for trip number X because the hotel had no room" gets you further than the full story up front.

What a phone call can and can't fix

The biggest source of frustrating calls is the Express Deal. Priceline's terms say bookings made through its deal programs, Express Deals and Pricebreakers included, "are non-cancelable, non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable by you (unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout and on your itinerary)." A rep has no obligation to undo it, however long you wait on hold. The terms do let Priceline or the supplier waive those restrictions as an exception, at their sole discretion, but you can't count on that. Check what your checkout page and itinerary said before you call.

Standard hotel bookings follow the hotel's own cancellation policy. Priceline's terms say that policy is shown during booking and in your confirmation email, and that "certain rates or special offers may be non-cancellable, non-changeable, or non-refundable."

The Best Price Guarantee is narrower than many people assume. Under the current terms it's for Priceline VIP members, and it covers a lower price found on Priceline itself within 24 hours of booking. For Express Deals the window runs to midnight before the day you travel, and same-day Express Deals don't qualify. For hotels, cars and flights you can file an online form with screenshots, and Priceline says it replies within 7 days. You can also call Customer Care, which doesn't need the screenshots as long as it can verify the details. Cruise claims go through chat or Customer Care. You may still see an older Priceline page describing a broader guarantee. The current help page and terms are the ones that apply.

Cruises are a separate operation with their own line, 1-800-735-8000. Priceline Cruises' help site lists live chat hours of 9 a.m. to midnight Eastern on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern on weekends, though another of its help pages shows shorter hours on some weekdays. Check the cruise site before you rely on either.

About the phone menu and hold times

Priceline doesn't publish its phone menu, its hold times or a best time to call. Plenty of sites will give you a "press 1, then 1" shortcut or name the quietest day of the week. Those come from their own call samples and can change without notice, so we've left them out.

What Priceline does say is that help is available around the clock: its hotels page says "reach us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week." We couldn't confirm the phone line's live hours ourselves, so if it's late, try Penny too. If the menu asks you to identify your booking, have your trip number and the phone number on the reservation ready.

Can an AI agent call Priceline for you?

This is where Priceline differs from some other big consumer brands. When we wrote our guide to cancelling Xfinity internet, we found that Xfinity's customer agreement bans AI agents from support calls, phone calls included. Priceline's terms, as we read them, don't.

Priceline's terms do define "AI Agents", as "digital assistants or artificial intelligent agents that may act as autonomous proxies for you". They also define the "Channels" you use to include Priceline's call centers. The prohibited-use list then bars using automated means, AI agents included, to "monitor, copy, or reproduce" Priceline's site content without permission. In plain terms, that reads as an anti-scraping rule rather than a ban on asking about your own trip.

A separate section, 2.3, contemplates using Priceline's Channels through an AI agent and sets the rules for it, subject to those Section 2.2 restrictions:

"Subject to Section 2.2 above, if you use the Channels through an AI Agent, you acknowledge and agree that all of these Terms and Conditions apply to you and your AI Agent. You are responsible for the acts and omissions of your AI Agent as though they were your own. You are fully responsible for all actions of your AI Agent, including any Bookings, communications, or use of data carried out by the AI Agent. Actions taken by an AI Agent are deemed to be actions taken by you."

Our reading, and we're not lawyers: nothing in these terms bars an agent from calling about your own booking, and whatever it agrees to on the call is treated as if you agreed to it yourself. Priceline also says it can update or revoke these AI agent terms at any time, so check the current version before you rely on this. And don't point an agent at Priceline's website to harvest prices. That part is clearly off limits.

Letting your agent wait on hold with DialMCP

DialMCP connects AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, Codex and Cursor to a real phone line. You give your assistant an objective. It places the call from your own SMS-verified mobile number, works through the phone menu, waits on hold, talks to the rep and reports back with a summary, a transcript and a recording. The guide to what an assistant can do on a call covers the full flow.

A good request is specific and short:

Call Priceline customer service at 1-877-477-5807 about trip number [your trip number].
The hotel cancelled my September 12 booking and the refund has not appeared.
Ask for the refund status, the date it was issued, and a reference number.
Do not agree to a travel credit instead of a refund.

Before you try it, know the limits, because waiting on hold is where they bite:

  • Calls are capped at 10 minutes, and the default is 6. Every call follows that cap, whatever the assistant asks for. If Priceline's queue is long, the call ends before anyone picks up. This suits short holds, not an hour-long wait.
  • Calls only start between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the destination's local time, and DialMCP places at most 2 calls a day to the same number. Priceline may answer around the clock, but your agent won't call at 3 a.m.
  • The agent says it's an AI. Its first words are that it's an AI assistant calling for you and that the call is recorded. If the rep objects, it apologizes and hangs up. Some reps may want to speak to you directly before they change a booking, and that's their call to make.
  • Don't hand over secrets. Give the agent your trip number and the facts. Don't give it your full card number or a one-time code from Find My Trip. DialMCP's agent is instructed not to invent details, so if the rep asks for something it doesn't have, it will say so and suggest a follow-up.

For Priceline problems, an agent is often most useful one step away from Priceline itself. If a hotel can't find your booking, the hotel's front desk is a short, factual call your agent can make: does it see a reservation under your name for these dates, and was it paid? The same goes for checking a rental counter's hours or confirming an airline seat. These are the short, specific calls described on our AI phone call page, and every one follows the safety rules.

The quick version

  • Call 1-877-477-5807 about an existing booking. 1-800-774-2354 (1-800-PRICELINE) is Priceline's too.
  • Cruises have their own line: 1-800-735-8000.
  • For a simple change or cancellation, try Penny first. Priceline says Penny users save time compared with calling.
  • Express Deals can't be cancelled or changed unless your checkout and itinerary said otherwise. Priceline may waive that as a rare exception, but don't count on it.
  • Ignore any "Priceline" number you can't find on priceline.com, in the app or in your confirmation.
  • Priceline's current terms don't bar an AI agent from calling, as we read them, but you're responsible for anything it agrees to.

Let your assistant make the short calls. Checking a refund, confirming a hotel reservation, moving an appointment: add https://mcp.dialmcp.com/mcp to Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or Cursor, verify your own mobile number, and your assistant can place the call and read back the transcript. FAQ

What is Priceline's customer service phone number?

Call 1-877-477-5807. It's the toll-free customer service number in the structured data on priceline.com's homepage, and a 2020 reply from Priceline's support team said the line was staffed 24/7. The older 1-800-PRICELINE number, 1-800-774-2354, is also Priceline's.

Is Priceline customer service open 24 hours?

Priceline says so. Its hotels page says "reach us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week," and a 2020 support reply said the 1-877-477-5807 team was available 24/7. We couldn't confirm the phone line's live hours. Priceline Cruises is separate, and its help site lists shorter live chat hours.

How do I talk to a real person at Priceline?

Call 1-877-477-5807 with your trip number ready. Priceline's Help and Contact Us links open Penny, its AI assistant, which can show, change or cancel a booking after you sign in or use Find My Trip. Call when Penny can't solve the problem.

Can I cancel a Priceline Express Deal by phone?

Usually not. Priceline's terms say Express Deals and other deal-program bookings are non-cancelable, non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable, unless checkout or your itinerary said otherwise. A phone call doesn't change those terms, though Priceline may waive them case by case.

Can an AI assistant call Priceline for me?

Priceline's current terms, as we read them, don't ban it. They say that if you use Priceline through an AI agent, the terms apply to you and the agent, and anything the agent does counts as done by you. Priceline can change those terms at any time, so check them before you rely on this.
