DialMCP ("DialMCP," "we," "us") is a service operated by Datawizz Inc., a Delaware corporation, that lets you direct an AI assistant to place phone calls on your behalf — from your own verified phone number — through AI agents you already use, via the Model Context Protocol ("MCP").

This policy covers three groups of people: users (you, the account holder), callees (people and businesses the assistant calls at your direction), and visitors to our websites (dialmcp.com, mcp.dialmcp.com).

1. What we collect

Account information. Your phone number, verified by SMS code — it is your identity and your caller ID. We have no passwords and do not require an email address. You also provide a display name at signup, which the assistant uses to introduce itself ("calling on behalf of {name}").

Calls you place. For every call: the destination number and callee name, your stated objective and any context you provide, call status and timing, the result the assistant extracted (commitments, follow-ups, outcomes), an internal per-call cost estimate, a full turn-by-turn transcript, and an audio recording of the call.

Compliance log. For every call, we record the destination's line type, the legal basis we relied on to place the call, whether the AI-and-recording disclosure was delivered (independently verified against the transcript), the recording outcome, and whether the callee opted out. This log exists to prove, later, that each call was handled lawfully.

Do-not-call list. If a callee opts out — verbally during a call, or at our public opt-out page — we store their phone number on a permanent, service-wide suppression list. That is the entire point of the list, so these entries are not deleted (see §6).

Product analytics. We use Amplitude (server-side and in-browser) and Google Analytics on our sites and service pages to understand how the service is used and to detect fraud and abuse: signups, logins, calls placed and their outcomes, and page interactions. During our launch period, these analytics events include call details — such as destination numbers, call objectives, and callee names, along with your phone number and display name — which we use to assess usage patterns and to identify fraudulent or abusive calling early, before it can harm callees or other users' number reputation. We expect to reduce this to aggregated or de-identified data as the service matures.

Technical data. IP addresses are used transiently to rate-limit signups and the public opt-out page; we do not store them in our database. Our analytics providers set their own cookies on our websites (see §4). Sensitive access links (recordings, live-listen pages) are excluded from analytics capture and are served with no-store / no-referrer headers.

What we don't collect. No payment details (the service is free during the pilot), no contact list or address book, no email requirement, no data from your AI client beyond the calls you direct.

2. How we use your data

We do not sell personal information, do not use call content for advertising, and do not use your call content to train AI models.

3. Recording and disclosure

Every call the assistant places begins by disclosing that it is an AI assistant calling on your behalf and that the call is recorded — before pursuing your objective, even if the callee speaks first. This is enforced server-side and verified against the transcript after every call. If a callee objects to recording or to the call, the assistant ends the call. Answered calls are recorded from the moment of answer; calls that are never answered produce no recording.

4. Who processes your data

Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (database, recording storage, hosting) in the United States. To operate each call, data is shared with:

ProcessorWhat they receivePurpose
TelnyxDestination and caller numbers, call audio, SMS OTP deliveryTelephony carrier; performs the recording, answering-machine detection, and line-type lookup
DeepgramCall audio in real timeSpeech-to-text and text-to-speech
AnthropicLive conversation transcript, your objective and contextThe language model that conducts the conversation and summarizes results
Amplitude / GoogleProduct usage events (including call details during our launch period — see §1); browser analytics cookies on our sitesProduct analytics, fraud and abuse detection

Each telephony/voice/AI processor handles your data solely to provide the service to us, under terms that do not permit training on your content.

5. Callees: if our assistant called you

The call was initiated by a person, from their own SMS-verified phone number, and began with an AI + recording disclosure. You can:

If you believe a call was abusive or unlawful, contact [email protected] — the compliance log lets us investigate every call.
